The Migraine Struggle: A Never-Ending Battle

So, here's the deal, it's almost midnight right now, like around 10:45 pm, I'm wide awake, not sure what to do with myself, dealing with this freakin' killer migraine. I mean, it's been torturing me all day, seriously, it's intense!

Honestly, I used to think migraines were just some trivial thing. But you know what? After stumbling upon this info and finding out that he recently passed away, it freaks me out big time.

Man, this thing keeps happening to me all the time. It's like a recurring nightmare, you know? Especially when I'm stressed out, oversleeping, or just feeling all bored with nothin' goin' on.

But hey, I'm grateful that I've never had any crazy serious illnesses in my life. The last time I went through something real freaky was about four years ago when I had this insane migraine. I ended up gettin' checked out at the hospital, and guess what? The doctor said it was vertigo.

Since then, I've been dealing with these annoying headaches, migraines, dizziness, and all sorts of head pain. But you know what? It's been a minute since I had one of those super intense migraines. I figured out my own little remedy for dealing with these recurring episodes: takin' a shower and washin' my hair. It might be all in my head, but it somehow does the trick.

However, when a migraine hits me in the middle of the night like this, do you think it's good time for a late-night shower and hair wash? I don't think so. So, I finally decided to reach out to my go-to docs in my contacts.

But, when I asked, "Emang harus kopi item ya, Dok?"

The doctor said, "Kopi item lebih bagus, tapi sebetulnya kopi apa aja boleh, yang penting kan kafeinnya"

So, there I was, in the midst of a painful migraine, in the dead of night, I made myself a cup of coffee, and guess what? Just a few minutes later, my migraine actually disappeared. It's like a little miracle, I'm telling ya.

But you know what? I ended up staying wide awake until morning!
